Job Openings — Local and National
Your job openings can be posted for free to the Massachusetts One Stop Employment System Mass Job Quest website. Just submit the online Job Order Form or download a copy and send to The Franklin Hampshire Career Center by mail, fax (413-784-1170), or email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will also post your job on our “Hot Jobs” list updated and made available daily to all walk in customers. Each new job is also circulated to job counselors and employment specialists at the Career Center. * You will need a pdf reader to view these forms. If your computer does not have one, you can download PDF-XChange Viewer for free.
Recruiting and Area Job Fairs
Franklin Hampshire Career Center offers on-site recruitment sessions and informational events. We will coordinate all facets of your organization's recruitment event, including contacting, pre-screening and matching of qualified candidates. We will assign a staff member to assist from beginning to end. The Career Center also partners with area businesses and business groups to sponsor Job Fairs that provide employers with targeted business recruiting. You do the hiring. We’ll take care of the logistics. Contact one of our Business Service Reps at 800-457-2604 or email@example.com for assistance with your recruitment.
The Hiring Connector Program
FHCC encourages you to take advantage of our Hiring Connector Program. The Program features FHCC-member “profiles,” which include potential employees’ desired positions, work experience, skills, training/education, and email addresses. Contact job seekers directly and decrease your time reviewing resumes.
